Everything you need to know about creating and managing your invitations.
Getting Started
It's simple! Click "Create Free Invite" and follow the 5-step wizard: choose an event
type, fill in your event details (including optional RSVP deadline, dress code, parking
info, and gift preferences), pick a beautiful template, optionally add guests, and
review your invitation. You'll get a shareable invite link and a private host link
instantly.
No! InviteFree is completely account-free. When you create an event, you receive two
links: an invite link to share with guests, and a private host link to manage your
event. Just bookmark your host link to access your dashboard anytime.
Yes, 100% free — forever. There are no hidden fees, no premium plans, and no
limitations. You get access to all 690+ templates, unlimited guests, RSVP tracking, and
every feature at no cost. The platform is supported by a small number of
advertisements served through Google AdSense.
Sharing & Guests
After creating your invitation, you'll get a unique invite link. Share it via WhatsApp,
SMS, email, or any messaging app. You can also download a QR code that guests can scan
to open the invite on their phone.
Yes! Anyone who has the invite link can view the invitation and RSVP. They'll enter
their name, email, and select their response (Yes, Maybe, or No). They can also
specify the number of adults and kids attending, dietary needs, phone number, and
leave a message for the host. After RSVPing, they'll receive a private link via email
to update their response anytime.
No limits at all! You can invite as many people as you want. Whether it's an intimate
dinner for 10 or a big wedding with 500 guests, InviteFree handles it all.
Managing Your Event
Use your private host link to access the dashboard. There you can see who's coming
(Yes), who's unsure (Maybe), and who can't make it (No). You'll also see the total
headcount (adults and kids), dietary requirements, and messages from guests.
Yes! From your host dashboard, you can update the event title, date, time, venue, and
other details. The changes will be reflected immediately on the invite page for all
guests.
Yes! On your host dashboard, click the "Export CSV" button to download a spreadsheet
with all guest names, RSVP statuses, email addresses, phone numbers, dietary needs,
adult/kid headcounts, and messages. Great for printing name tags or planning seating.
If you provided your email when creating the event, check your inbox for the host link.
If not, please contact us at jimmygen2024@gmail.com with your event
details and we'll try to help you recover access.
Yes. From your host dashboard, click "Delete Event" in the Event Actions section. This
permanently removes the event, all guest information, and all RSVPs from our system.
The deletion is immediate and irreversible — once deleted, the invite link will return
a "not found" page for any guest trying to access it.
Privacy & Data
No. We never sell guest information or event data to third parties. Advertising on
the site is served by Google AdSense based on page content and the visitor's general
profile — not on any data we provide. See our Privacy
Policy for full details.
Event data is retained for as long as the event is active. We may periodically remove
events that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months past the
event date). To request immediate deletion of your event and all associated guest data
at any time, click "Delete Event" from your host dashboard or email
jimmygen2024@gmail.com.
By default, nothing — guests only see the invitation and their own RSVP status. If
you (the host) enable "Let guests see who's coming," guests will see a list of
attendee names. They never see other guests' email addresses, phone numbers, dietary
needs, or messages. Those are visible only to the host.
Troubleshooting
Ask guests to check their spam or promotions folder, especially for Gmail and Outlook
accounts. Adding noreply@invitefree.com to their contacts ensures
future emails arrive in the inbox. If a guest still hasn't received the invitation
after 30 minutes, you can also share the invite link directly via text or WhatsApp.
Each guest who RSVPs with their email receives a private RSVP link they can use to
update their response anytime. If they've lost the link, they can RSVP again through
the main invite link with the same email — the system will recognize them and update
their existing entry instead of creating a duplicate.
The deadline is enforced based on the timezone you set when creating the event. If
you're seeing this from a different timezone, check the deadline value on your host
dashboard. You can also edit the deadline anytime — once you save, the RSVP form
reopens immediately.
Templates & Design
We offer 690+ beautifully designed templates across 15 event categories including
birthdays, weddings, baby showers, engagements, graduations, reunions, corporate events,
and more. New designs are added regularly!
Each template comes with its own carefully crafted color scheme and design. You can
personalize the content — event title, message, details — to make it truly yours.
RSVP & Guest Features
You can set an optional RSVP deadline when creating your event. Once the deadline
passes, the RSVP form is automatically closed and guests will see a
"RSVP is closed" message. If the deadline is within 7 days, guests will see an
urgent countdown reminder.
When a guest RSVPs with their email, they receive a private link that lets them
update their response anytime — change their status, headcount, dietary needs,
or message. If you add guests with email addresses during event creation, they
each get their own private link in their invitation email.
Yes! From your host dashboard, you can send email invitations to all guests or
selected guests using the "Send to All" or "Send to Selected" buttons. Each guest
receives a beautifully designed email with their personal invite link.
Only if you enable it! When creating your event, toggle "Let guests see who's
coming" to show a list of attendees on the invite page. You can also change this
setting later from your host dashboard via the Edit Event button.
When guests RSVP, they can specify the number of adults and kids attending. Your
host dashboard shows a detailed headcount breakdown — total adults, total kids,
and overall headcount — so you can plan catering, seating, and activities
accordingly.
